Return Policy

Returns are accepted for stock products within fourteen (14) calendar days provided that:

  • The damage was not the fault of the customer.
  • The products are in the same condition in which you received them.
  • The product must be accompanied by a retail receipt or invoice.
  • In case the customer receives the product and wants to return it for any of his own reasons, the return shipping of the product is charged, which amounts to € 5.00. If the product is accompanied by a gift, it must also be returned.
  • You can make changes / returns from the phones 2521036813 and 2521304715 hours of operation of our physical store or via e-mail 24 hours a day.

How to Change / Return

  • Prepare your package and enclose the product receipt in it.
  • In case of the first change, deliver the parcel to the transport courier from which you received it at our expense (recipient) - valid only for the couriers (Customer Code… ..), which we work with.
  • In case of return / cancellation of the order there is a charge of 5.00 € which are charged to the customer and are deducted from the amount to be returned (ie you are refunded 5.00 € less
  • In case you received the wrong or defective product, the costs are borne by our company.
  • Once we receive your return we will inform you by phone or email about its progress.
  • We would like to know how you can change any product that was in stock within 14 days of receipt and the change process usually takes 5-7 days.

Useful information

  • All products must be returned as you received them, with all labels attached and on sale within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
  • We will not be able to accept any product return in which there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
  • In case you requested a refund, the money will appear in your account within 10 working days from the receipt of the refund by the competent department of our company. We recommend for your convenience, so that there are no additional reservations from the bank, the account you give belongs to an ALPHA BANK or Peiraios Bank.
  • Return costs are always borne by the sender except for the first change or if the reason for return is solely due to a mistake of our company.
  • Replacement or change of the product can be done only if there is availability in the requested product. If the product you want does not exist, the eshop service department will contact you to offer you additional options.

Instructions for the Customer

Send the following by mail to info@arishoes.gr.

  • 1. Name of Beneficiary
  • 
2. IBAN Account Number with numbers and not Photos 

  • 3. Name of Bank 

  • 4. Proof of Payment with the deposit amount or document you received to certify the payment (photo) 

  • 5. Order Number # ………. 

  • 6. In case you requested a refund, the money will appear in your account within 10 working days starting from the next day if you have sent the necessary documents requested and request the refund by email.

Regarding the shipping costs of the change / replacement:

Replacements are accepted within fourteen (14) calendar days provided that:

  • In case of change / replacement of the product for the first time there is no extra shipping charge
  • The product has not been altered or damaged or was not the fault of the.
  • After the first change / replacement, - If the change / replacement is our fault you do not have any financial charge.
  • If it comes from your mistake, you are charged for the shipment and the return at € 5.00, after consulting with us by phone and making a recipient charge during the shipment, finally, you pay the amount of € 5.00 upon receipt. Note that the above also applies in case the customer was not charged the shipping costs, due to the fact that he had Free shipping costs
